Our kitchen

Welcome to Dunnis Kitchen

Dunnis Kitchen started from a genuine love for cooking.

I’ve always loved spending time in the kitchen, trying different dishes and cooking for the people around me. For a long time, it was simply something I enjoyed. But people kept complimenting my food, encouraging me to take it further and telling me I should really do something with it.

Eventually, I decided to give it a proper try.

The response surprised me in the best way. People loved the food, came back again, recommended me to others and kept spreading the word. That was when I realised this could become more than something I just enjoyed doing.

Dunnis Kitchen grew from that encouragement, that first step, and a real passion for making food people genuinely enjoy.

Today, I’m building it into something I’m proud of — a kitchen known for good food, generous portions and the kind of flavour that keeps people coming back.

Cooked here,
eaten everywhere

We cook for students missing home, families who do not want to spend Sunday on the stove, and hosts who need the food to be the easy part of the event. If you have a story for the menu, a spice level, or a tray that has to land at 5pm sharp, say so. The kitchen listens.

Batches are small. Flavour stays loud.

Generous portions

A Dunnis plate should close the conversation about still being hungry.

Proper Nigerian flavour

Pepper, stock, smoke and patience. That is the recipe.
