Nottingham first. Collection always. Trays and catering need a little notice.
Where we go
We deliver across Nottingham and nearby postcodes when the kitchen can reach you that day. Enter your postcode at checkout. If we cannot cover it, we will say so and offer collection instead.
Collection is always available. We will send a ready time and the pickup point once the order is confirmed.
Delivery windows are estimates, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather and a busy stove can move a slot. We WhatsApp if we are running late.
How much notice
- Individual plates: often same day, depending on kitchen load. WhatsApp us if you are in a rush.
- Family trays and party packs: 48 hours is comfortable. Shorter notice is sometimes possible. Ask first.
- Weddings, birthdays, campus and office catering: a week gives us room to cook properly and pack well.
Fees and packaging
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. If a postcode is not in the live rates yet, we confirm the fee on WhatsApp with your postcode and order size.
Food leaves in sealed boxes or foil trays, packed to travel hot. Keep trays level. Reheat only if we tell you the dish is packed to reheat, not if it was sent as ready to eat.
When we arrive
Please be in, or have someone ready to take the food. Hot Nigerian food does not sit well on a doorstep. If you need to change the time, message us as soon as you know.
If nobody is there and we cannot reach you, we may have to bring the order back. We will try to redeliver or hold it for collection. A second drop may carry an extra fee.
Catering drop-off
For events we agree a drop-off time, postcode and how the food should land: labelled trays, extra stew, serving spoons, or on-site service. Those details live on the catering enquiry, not at the last hour.
On-site service is quoted separately. Share guest count, access notes and any building restrictions when you plan the event.
